We are running SAP s/4 Hana 1511 SP01 (aka 1602) and have patched recently and are observing that several Fiori Applications calling NWBC could not be displayed because the target URL is incorrectly built :
Backend and Frontend components are running on the same system. (embedded scneario)
What we did is to patch the component UIAPFI70 300 to SP01, this created a lot of Fiori issues afterwards :

A new page opens after selection the fiori app :
If a manually adjust the URL adding the hostname and port, the fiori app is correctly displayed.
Transaction NWBC is running file, table hTTPURLOC is correctly filled.
All FIORI app are failing if they have the semantic object HTMLGUI_FIN asigned to it :
When running trasnaction LPD_CUST we noticed that most of the entries disapeared :
We also have noticed numerous errors in LAuchpad designer similar as the ones described here :

So we followed sap notes recommendation, we recovered the missing tiles in Fiori LAcunpad, but they could still not be opened.
We opened a sap customer call but did not receive any significant help so far, I was wondering if someone here would have any idea of what is wrong.
