We have the exact same error, for the exact same Fiori Application , and exact same symptoms
for "My Inbox - Approve Purchase Order"

Service is correctly configured :
Alias is assigned , SICF service is active .....
I emptied the caches mutiples times, deleted and reactivated the service, ... did not help
Really do not understand.
