Ok, I confirm that, we shall discuss only regarding "Approve Purchase Order" app. I created a purchase order (see screenshot "SWI2_FREQ") and tried to check in SBWP of backend system but i don't find any workflow items.
I also noticed on Frond End Gateway system under "User Menu" there are "Buyer (MM) - Content" and "SAP: MM - Transactional Apps". After clicking them, I got the configuration page, say, for example, of "Buyer (MM) - Content" (see in attachment "Approve Purchase Order"). I assume this is only a configuration page but on Fiori launchpad page I still don't get the data of the purchase order that was available in transaction "SWI2_FREQ".
Any ideas, please?
