Adding to my points, I would like to mention that I am on Central Hub system with backend deployment scenario.
I have currently maintained the combination of workflow template id and step id in the BACKEND SYSTEM due to which I am able to get the decision keys(01, 02) for my work items in INBOX application.
As per your suggestion,
1. The "Maintain task name and decision option" to be done in Gateway / Backend system ?
2. Can I filter(Scenario Config) work items based on workflow template id and task id as the option is only to provide Task id in scenario configuration for INBOX application
