Input Field inside Icon Tab Bar getting hidden on Mobile devices

Hi,

In my application I have 5 Icon Tab Bars, in the last icon tab filter contains a Matrix Layout with 8 rows. Here is my code.

Here is how my UI look like,

   Here the last two fields are a Date input and a Select respectively, when I tap near by the field, it is getting displayed. So this is how my screen          should be.

Please do help me to solve this issue.
